What you will be doing:

  • Collaborates across all disciplines to concept high impact, integrated ideas
  • Executes all forms of print and digital media -top level and granular levels
  • Develops collateral from design phase through delivery, including one pagers, brochures, inserts, advertisements, slide presentations, digital social posting, other content as assigned, etc.
  • Ensures all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before submitting for approval
  • Creates effective ads, interfaces designs and communications fueled by persuasive design language
  • Maintains interaction with marketing (digital marketing), production, creative, digital, and other applicable departments on scope of projects and status via meetings, emails, slack, and communication in person as necessary
  • Works within the Wrike application tool to prioritize assignments by due date, post work, receive comments, revise work, and post final deliverables. Senior Graphic Designer understands Wrike is the preeminent tool used by internal teams to communicate projects and workflows and continues to promote this as the best method.
  • Properly package and prepare design files for print, as well as review, verify and sign off on vendor color proofs
  • Create graphic elements such as logos, color palette, iconography, digital assets and place or convert graphic elements and/or images into correct formats and programs across mediums and tools
  • Remain current on industry visual and messaging trends
  • Generate ideas and contribute to the conversation with quick thinking and solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a design agency and / or corporate in-house creative department
  • Strong portfolio that showcases print, digital, and branding work
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet marketing objectives, organize heavy workloads, and work on tight deadlines
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for visual details, with strict quality control standards
  • Ability to quickly translate creative direction and feedback into revisions and improvements
  • Full understanding behind creating marketing collateral
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and general knowledge of Adobe XD
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
