What you will be doing:

  • Follow department process to resolve software/hardware issues in a timely manner to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve end user issues and challenges through the form of tickets in the service desk
  • Use local and remote troubleshooting skills and apply basic understanding of computer software/hardware products and services to resolve client issues
  • Reflect a positive attitude within our department and clients
  • Install department approved application on independent business owner's (IBO) computers
  • Receive telephone calls from users having problems accessing computer software/hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, electronic mail, or operating systems
  • Communicate with co-workers to research problem and find solution in a quick and efficient fashion
  • Document time and notes in each ticket as the work is happening
  • Reimage company computers for deployment
  • Escalate support issues when required
  • Create user profiles and update provisioning changes
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years' experience in a customer facing technical role
