What you will be doing:

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts across all brands, working with all teams to develop the brand plans, identifying ways to target the audience, and sell across multiple media mediums including: social, digital, websites, print, email marketing, in box communication, live events and more. The Senior Marketing Manager will work to define and manage execution of brand growth and performance activities, direct the development of the social content calendars, campaign launch timing and asset management, and create strategies to strengthen brand awareness and track retention throughout the customer lifecycle. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for all touchpoints of communication with the consumers and owns the content management throughout the journey. The Senior Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to facilitate the strategy, creation, management, and optimization of relevant, original, and high-quality branding content.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 10 years performing the role of a Marketing Manager working directly with CPG brands creating plans, managing content and campaigns, presentations for selling and guiding outside entities
  • Bachelor's degree with focus on communications, advertising, marketing or journalism
  • Experience in health supplement industry a plus
  • Demonstrable experience working to manage team members executing on social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience managing the creative workflow process, creative briefs, approvals, etc.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
