What you will be doing:

The Human Resources Coordinator assists and supports all areas of the Company's Human Resources Department while being a point of contact for employees and HR related matters.

  • Processing of new hire candidates
  • Assist employees with day to day guidance and questions
  • Assist in planning and scheduling of Company events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Main point of contact for employee onboarding
  • Assist with or conduct new employee orientations
  • Heavy data entry in ADP Workforce Now
  • Complete third party employment verifications
  • Maintain personnel files including filing and the timely completion of I-9s and the E-Verify process
  • Maintain I-9 filing and compliance with federal laws
  • Provide administrative support to all Human Resource team members
  • Process incoming HR mail
  • Maintain and update employment posters
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Schedule interviews as requested by Talent Acquisition and HR Managers
  • Reconcile ADP Select Service Statements
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM CP or or other Human Resources professional designation a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and ADP Workforce Now
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive private company or employee information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
