What you will be doing:

The Content Producer is responsible for developing and producing creative Television and Digital/Social campaigns - including concept development, production, and post-production. The Content Producer works in coordination with the Senior Content Production Manager, Marketing, and digital teams to generate consistent, timely, and effective, creative content within a wide variety of products and topics. Great HealthWorks shoots long form, short form, promos, pilots, one-ups, interstitials series, and infomercials.

  • Develop original campaigns and formats for shows
  • Lead a project or campaign from pre-production through post production
  • Gather and research all materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes
  • Adapt quickly to changes and revisions, solving problems alongside an energetic and ambitious team
  • Work closely with editors and production team
  • Create technical rundowns, production grids, and shoot scripts including detailed shot lists
  • Assist marketing and other relevant departments
  • Supervise and direct talent
  • Book crew, talent, and necessary gear
  • Manage production budgets, estimates, and contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Fine Arts degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relatable experience
  • Field experience producing and shooting content
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever changing landscape
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred
  • A solid video demo reel and writing portfolio
  • Sales and infomercial experience – not required but preferred
