What you will be doing:

The Digital Customer Support Agent role requires the ability to appropriately respond to and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews via social networks, asynchronous messaging platforms, and online communities. The position will act as a liaison on behalf of our organization, providing support in the digital and social space while keeping the company's and customer's best interest in mind. The Digital Customer Support Agent role provides support by way of email, web, and digital app for service or product concerns; including providing solutions relevant to the customer's experience. Digital Customer Support agents must, at all times, exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving customer related concerns and issues. Successful candidates must possess strong customer service skills with an understanding of the power and impact of social media and social customer support/service as well as a history of exploring and applying communication skills digitally and socially.

What you bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years of high volume customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college a plus
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and Messaging Applications (Facebook/Messenger, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, LiveChat, YouTube)
  • Familiarity with CRM applications and practices (Zendesk a plus)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Omni-Channel Call Center or Service Desk Experience
  • Effective problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highest level of integrity and meticulous attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
  • Demonstrated patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Ability to work regular, full-time schedule with flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands
