As a Facility Technician, you are the backbone of our business as you keep our facility clean and working. To note conditions, you complete a daily walk-through of premises and report issues, unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries. You repair and perform preventative maintenance by coordinating the servicing of company vehicles, buildings, grounds, and off-site properties. Utilizing your skills, you perform plumbing and carpentry installations, do repairs, ensure outdoor areas are maintained, and record routine inspections.

Some janitor and cleaning duties include vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, hanging pictures, arranging furniture, waste disposal, and recycling. When needed, you also assist with shipping and receiving. As a careful Facilities Technician/ Building Technician, you regularly check management systems to ensure the correct safety policies are being practiced.   • High school diploma
  • 2+ years janitorial, cleaning, drywall installation, repair, painting, furniture handling, or facilities experience
  • Knowledge about correctly operating general maintenance equipment
  • Proficiency working with computers, handheld devices, maintenance software
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Two or more years of experience working in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, or hospitality industry is strongly preferred, but not required. The ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus!
