What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate across disciplines to concept high impact and integrated ideas
  • Develop and refine the user-centered design process
  • Experience with consumer e-commerce website design & design elements
  • Create mobile-first design/responsive concepts and theme development for websites.
  • Create effective ads, interface designs, and communications fueled by persuasive design language
  • Ensure that ideas and designs are produced timely, on budget, and with a best-in-class creative
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including design, creative, production, motion/3D, e-commerce/marketplaces, digital, and any stakeholder as needed to achieve fully 360 results
  • Deliver internal presentations to digital, creative, and senior team
  • Drive and enhances the visual look, tone, and feel of all creative work
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design standards

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in a design agency and/or corporate in-house creative department
  • Must submit online Portfolio demonstrating delivery of excellent design across multiple platforms and mediums
  • 5-7 years of UX/UI/Visual Design/Branding/Graphic Design experience
  • Expert level proficiency with Adobe CC (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, After Effects a plus)
  • Strong typography, color, layout, and visual design skills
  • Experience designing with HTML and CSS in mind
  • Print/Packaging/Collateral experience a plus
