The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes digital marketing campaigns for paid, owned and earned digital media across our entire portfolio of consumer health products. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the digital marketing team, collaborating cross functionally, and reporting on KPIs to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on our strategy to extend our TV shows into digital marketing campaigns that result in new customers in both English and Spanish
  • Increase product sales via paid search, social media, digital display, video, mobile, email, search, shopping and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with our internal production and content development teams to develop digital ads and content that support the key stages of the consumer purchase funnel from brand awareness and product consideration to purchase intent and conversion
  • Ensure digital programs are developed and delivered in a consistent and timely manner through planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking and measuring results for all assigned digital efforts
  • Support e-commerce marketing efforts as needed
  • Mentor and lead the organization through digital transformation
  • Organize and manage department tasks within Wrike project management software
  • Manage online content creation and workflows in our CMS
  • Contribute to and lead meetings with cross-functional teammates
  • Identify, track and report on KPIs while driving optimization through all channels
  • Aid in managing external vendor relationships and digital agency partners
  • Coordinate Legal & Medical approval of digital content
  • May include local and out of town travel depending on business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Experience, Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for consumer related goods
  • Understanding of the digital creative production process
  • Experience in the planning, management, execution and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile
  • Digital KPI reporting
  • Understanding of media targeting and use of insights to drive marketing optimizations
  • Experience collaborating with content development teams for advertising and marketing use
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and consultants
  • Experience in project management
  • Demonstrated success working with a cross-functional team
  • Experience in integrating TV and digital media a big plus
  • Experience in digital transformation
  • Experience managing the website design process
  • Content management experience with Magento Page Builder CMS a plus
  • Previous medical or nutrition industry experience a┬áplus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Passion for integrating digital into our established TV sales approach
  • Understanding of importance of customer journey profiles
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives for a wide range of stakeholder audiences
  • Analytical ability to process and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
