The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned digital platforms across our entire portfolio of consumer health products. The Digital Marketing Manager is a collaborator who ensures strong digital campaigns support our linear TV shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend our TV shows into digital media and marketing campaigns that result in new customers in both English and Spanish dominant segments
  • Increase product sales via paid search, social media, digital display and video, mobile and other digital tactics
  • Collaborate with our internal production and content development teams to develop digital ads and content that support the key stages of the consumer purchase funnel from brand awareness and product consideration to purchase intent and conversion
  • Manage and update Digital Consumer Personas and LTV
  • Ensure digital programs are developed and delivered in a consistent and timely manner by planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking and measuring sales for all assigned digital efforts
  • Support e-commerce marketing efforts as needed
  • Organization of department tasks within Wrike & project software
  • Contribute to regular digital impact meetings with cross-functional teammates to identify leading and lagging conversion trends and enable others feedback for optimization in their respective roles: creative and content development, winning offers, customer experience, sentiment, and new product ideas
  • Aid in managing external vendor relationships and digital agency partners
  • Coordination for Legal & Medical approval of digital content
  • May include local and out of town travel depending on business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Experience, Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for consumer related goods
  • Understanding of digital creative production process
  • Experience in the planning, management, execution and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile
  • Understanding of media targeting and use of insights to drive marketing optimizations
  • Experience collaborating with content development teams for advertising and marketing use
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and consultants
  • Demonstrated success working with a cross-functional team
  • Experience in integrating TV and digital media a big plus
  • Previous medical or nutrition industry experience a┬áplus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
